From here, you may view your ticket history for any BWise Support or Research on Demand requests you have submitted previously.
 

To view your ticket history:

1. Login to the BWise Help Desk using the same email address as the one associated with your BWise Web App login. 

NOTE: this is NOT the same login as the BWise Web App. The password you use for logging in to BWise will NOT work here.

  •  First time logging in to the BWise Help Desk? 

    Follow these instructions to login and access your Ticket History:

     
    • Click the text reading "Login to Check Your Tickets" at the top right. 
    • A login page will appear.
    • Click the "Forgot?" link in the password field
    • Enter the Email Address associated with your BWise Web App login and click 'Request Password'

2. Once you are logged in, click the user icon at the top right and then click the 'My Tickets' menu item. 
 

Note: Please do not submit Research on Demand requests from this site. All new Research on Demand requests must be submitted using the BWise App's Research on Demand form.
